GO-KARTING CHAMPIONSHIP

Safety and fairness are at the core of our races. Here's what every racer needs to follow:

• Helmet, gloves, and seatbelt are mandatory.

• No jump starts. A false start gets a 3 place grid drop.

• Enter pits slowly and carefully — reckless pit entries will be penalized.

• Keep it clean — abuse, foul language, or aggressive behavior (on or off track) will get you disqualified.

• Respect other drivers — give space, race clean.

• Respect marshals — their instructions are final.

Mastering flags is key to competitive karting. Here's a quick guide:

• 🚩 Yellow – Slow down, no overtaking until you pass a green flag

• 🚩 Red – Major incident, stop racing, return to pits

• 🚩 Green – Resume racing, overtaking allowed

• 🚩 Blue – You’ve been lapped; let faster drivers pass

• 🚩 Black & White – Warning for misconduct, given 2 times will result in disqualification.

• 🚩 Black – Disqualification; return to pits

• 🚩 Chequered – Race over; slow down and return to pits

• Participants must be physically fit – no heart issues, serious vision problems, or medical conditions that could risk safety.

• No open footwear — wear shoes.

• No loose hair, dupattas, or flowing clothes allowed.

• Overtaking is part of racing, but must be done fairly:

  • If the trailing driver is at least half a kart length ahead before a corner, the lead driver must leave space.

  • Blocking, weaving, or unsafe defending = penalty.
